Always the best experience when we visit Proud Peacock. Yet to try something I haven't liked. Great vibes inside, complimentary tea on every table, along with water and cordial stationed the front. Love their crispy spring rolls as an entree. The pho is full of flavour, and all the mains wholesome and delicious. Generous servings too. We recently had the Bo Tai Chanh - the beef salad and it was very fresh and tasty. Wish they were open on Sunday nights too!

Many people saying that this Vietnamese restaurant is good and that’s why we have a try.nnWe were having a late lunch at about 2:30nPm during the weekend and it wasn’t too many people. Maybe the weather was quite hot on that day and I was feeling cramped. Other than that , the Environment was comfortable .nnUsually those Vietnamese restaurant are self-served , like you have to pick your own water and  tableware  , so don’t expect too much on that .nnWe ordered 2 bowls of Pho and spring roll. Those were good but I can’t say very amazing. But definitely Will taste some more food in the future again .nnLocation is just next to Mt waverley train station and lots of car part available around that area .

I can't express how impressed I am with my experience at Proud Peacock. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a fantastic atmosphere. The attention to detail in both the decor and service is truly remarkable.nnLet's talk about the food – an absolute culinary delight! Every dish I tried was a masterpiece in its own right. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes.nnThe staff deserves a standing ovation. Their knowledge of the menu, coupled with their friendly and attentive nature, made me feel like a valued guest. They were more than willing to accommodate my dietary preferences and offered fantastic recommendations.nnLastly, a special mention to the Avocado Smoothie – a sweet conclusion to an already outstanding meal. I left the restaurant with a satisfied palate and a smile on my face.

I had the chicken special pho and absolutely loved it — it came with 6–7 generous pieces of chicken along with a mix of tender cuts and flavourful chicken bits. The broth was clear, fragrant, and comforting. My partner went for the beef special and was just as pleased. Both bowls were full of fresh ingredients and balanced flavours — simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. Next time, I’ve got my eye on the Bún bò Huế — can’t wait to come back and try it!

Pretty nice restaurant. The spring rolls are the crispiest i have ever tasted. They've got free soy milk and 2 other drinks which are all pretty nice. Decent portion as well.
