Order over phone . Hour later no pizza. Called again. Got the phone number wrong. No worries it happens! We're all only human could have been my fault to be honest. "should be sent out asap" was told by staff. After the phone number was checked 3 times. Called after another hour. Was left to ring. Next time Called phone was busy so phone works. Called again and left to ring. 5 times Called and no one picked up and still no pizza. Don't usually leave bad reviews as I'd love to give the business the benefit of the doubt but ducking calls is shady. Would have loved a pizza
Went in here today! Was quite busy. Lady that served me was so friendly and sorted me out with 2 pizzas in under 9 minutes. Best Dominoes I ever been to. Definitely going to this store again. Highly recommend
Garbage. We made a vegetarian order, they messed it up and then denied we’d asked for no meat on the pizza. We called to try and correct it, but after being left on hold for ten minutes the store manager flat out denied that we’d asked for a vegetarian option - despite that being the very first thing my partner had requested for that pizza, then to top it all off, after continuing to deny what we had asked for, we said we’d have to follow this up with Domino’s and all he could reply with was ‘doesn’t matter, it all comes through to me anyway’ before hanging up. Cheers for that, I’ll happily never order dominos again.
Very very poor over a hour I waited for cold pizza and bearly cooked sides manager was a push over and wouldn't deal with the issue over phone instead left some poor young boy to pass on his messages to me. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this restaurant to think again they are useless. This restaurant should be shut down or taken over by someone who knows what they're doing.
I’ve ordered delivery multiple times now from Dominoes, and they’ve never let me down. Always delivered within a reasonable time, and the delivery drivers are on!!
The first time we ordered from Domino's Wanaka, the website said they were open so we proceed to order. Only to find out when we arrived that the store was closed! Our money was taken from the account and refunded a few days after. So we had no dinner, and no money to buy something else. The second time, we ordered online, which told us it would be ready in 10 mins. We arrived 1 hour later and it wasn't even in the oven yet.

Use to be good, now I guess with the challenge of staff shortages and Covid19 rules their customer service is non existent. Store was physically closed even though their website store hours said open and no mention or update on dominos wanaka Facebook page of being shut. Ordered online for delivery, credit card charged $77 and no delivery. Line was perma busy i.e not active and resorted to driving down only to see a small A4 hand written sign stating it was closed. Proceed with caution... try calling first or just pickup if all else fails... owner carefactor is zero, must be selling up soon.
Last I dropped a review I gave it 2 stars. Since the last two years and COVID likely led to them freezing all their ingredients the OG quality plummeted - also a string of food poisoning as a result. Went back yesterday and then again today. The prices on the value classics have gone up from $5 to $9, however the quality has made a significant jump too to match. While it's a shame on the price jump, it's definitely worth the extra price. Good pizza, and I'll be back!!! Bless ya!
