This place is a joke! Ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to arrive. Called up the place and all I got was some guy trying to rush me off the phone and not try to help at all. When it did eventually arrive, the driver was rude and the pizza was freezing cold. Won’t use this domino’s ever again! One of the worst in Leeds. And this incident hasn’t happened once, they’ve done it twice now. Gave them a chance and they blew it
Ordered at 6.15 it’s been showing as delivered on their app for the past 30 mins, 1.5 hours later and counting nothing, they don’t answer the phone either so you can’t complain. I’m guessing they get lots of complaints so just don’t bother answering anymore. Love spending over £50 on a treat for family tea for it never to arrive or arrive extra late. It’s only 3.5 miles away so no excuse really. If they can’t deliver, why offer it. Ha just arrived as I’m writing this. Stone cold. Never again.
I'm noticing alot of bad reviews. It's a domino's, not a good independent place that's often alot cheaper. I've not been a fan of domino's pizza, because I got a really bad one roughly 15yrs ago and refused to get one since. With all the deals that where coming in through post, I gave them a try again and it was nice and I enjoyed it. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but I did enjoy it and also the garlic bread side. I've ordered a few times since then and never seemed to have any problems with the quality of the food. It can be a a tiny bit more expensive than independent companies, but only thing I have a problem with is the waiting time update on the app. I only live 5min away, if that and I'll get a notification saying that its on its way and I'm waiting well over 30min since final notification. If it told me that it's still in oven, I'll be fine, but don't notify me by saying that someone is on way, when they're clearly not. I find that a bit insulting and also inconvenient, because if I'm ordering food, it's because I'm either too busy to cook, or just don't want to and don't want to be waiting around for door knock when I'm busy. I know drivers probably do multiple orders at once, but it doesn't take over 30 min to drive less than 1mile.

Usually happy with the company. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from a dominoes. Waited over two hours with status saying it was ‘being prepared’ before going to bed as I had work the next day. It finally arrived looking disgusting with undercooked chicken strips which I purchased for a young relative. Needless to say if the manager was the one to drop it off, he’d have been sent back on foot with no shoes. Close this store down!
Absolutely shocking service!! Ordered via app and it stayed 25-30 mins for delivery! Rung after an hour to be told my food had been waiting for 30 minutes on the hot rack but they have not enough drivers. Said it would go out next. I called back 10 mins later to be told it is still on hot rack. I explained that i do not want a pizza that is no longer fresh and has been sat there. I said either cancel the order or give me a discount as the food isn’t fresh anymore. The guy originally said he would give me the same order free next time and then said sorry there is nothing he could do. I then asked for his name incase my refund isnt processed, the phone was passed to a girl without his name being given. She then said she could give me a free large pizza and then changed and said she can’t do so. She then said i should be greatful as some people have waited 2 hours. I explained the app said 25-30 mins but she just said that it’s wrong! She said it’s on its way then said it’s still there! She finally agreed to give me a refund and said her name was KALY! Not sure if this is true as again there was massive hesitation before giving her name. She put the phone down on me in the end! I have wasted my entire evening and we are all now sat here hungry with no food! I spent £25 on food and this is completely unacceptable! One second being offered compensation and then it being withdrawn the next! Nobody seemed to know what they was doing! Such a bad experience! Don’t know how these places stay open when customer service is non existent!
Been waiting over 2 hours for my pizza, keep calling but they just hang up. Starving and ready to go to bed but can't even get through to cancel the order. Absolutely appauling service, this branch should not be allowed to get away with this. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering as this clearly happens regularly.
Ordered four large pizzas most of which were expected Domino's quality and satisfaction. However, the vegan Chick-Ain't pizza had toppings confined to within a 2-inch wide border of crust see photo. It didn't look appetising and we felt really disappointed by Domino's. However, the taste was good. Why wasn't it properly topped closer to the edge of the base like the other three pizzas were and as shown in the product pictures on the Domino's website? We tried to find an accessible way to feed-back to Domino's Oulton via online but each time we were referred back to a telephone contact number. This is not an accessible option for everybody, I'm afraid.
Have been waiting 1,5 hours for a single pizza delivery. I've called to chase and complain and it rings off or they hang up the phone. They lie on the app in order to meet company targets.
Made an order on app took over a hour and a half to deliver when calling the store no answer called times. Finally arrive as I was leaving for work. Flat cold pizza waste for 30 pound
