I’ll keep it simple for those pizza lovers out there.nnDelivery on a Sunday took 1 hournPaid a Sunday surchargennPizza warm, not hot, flavour great, Ingredients applied sparingly.nnDelivery forgot my garlic bread, offered to go back and get it but you know how convenient that is when you’ve got a hungry family chomping at the bit.nnPaid $44.45 for two pizzas depicted in the pictures below. Two garlic breads and an additional topping. Included my hand for an attempt at size comparison.nnI have attempted to call and speak with the store twice but the phone went unanswered.nnI’ve left feedback in the app and will as always update this any further feedback as experienced with the feedback process.nnPartial edit: it’s a few hours later and the garlic bread never arrived and driver never returned like he said he would.nnWell, when your a family with two young kids and a newborn baby with a sick husband and you think it would be easier to order pizza, think again. Bad day for us.nnFinal edit: reply from feedback provided to domino’s is to give me one free traditional pizza.nnYou can’t have it delivered unless you buy something
Phone ordered 2 garlic pizzas and 1 hawain pizza. Once arrived home discovered 3 garlic pizzas. Tried to call to give feedback and no answer. Left feedback on website and no reply nor concern that they have lost a customer forever. Cheap pizzas for a reason. Will never step foot in your chain of restaurants in future.
Ordered tonight and my husband picked up.nOnce home he realised our order was wrong so I called the store.nThe young man I spoke to said, “ I guess we can make another pizza of you want?”nI said yes I’d like the correct pizza but do We have to come back and pick it up, we’ve already been there to collect what we thought would be our correct order. He then replied, “Oh I guess we could deliver” to which I said that would be good. He then said, “Nah actually we don’t have the staff to do that”. I replied, so you’re telling me if I want the correct pizza I have to drive back there again because of your mistake? He quickly and rudely replied, “that’s exactly what I’m telling you!” When I asked to speak to the owner he said he wasn’t there and I said that’s fine I’ll call tomorrow. His last words were, “yep sounds good”. Not a care in the world and very dismissive and these are the people you choose to represent YOUR business.nThis is not the first time my order has been stuffed up but I can assure you it will be the last.nIt is evident that YOUR staff take zero pride in their work by the way pizza is cut and presented and there is clearly zero emphasis on Customer service. If there was a minus star option for service I’d have given that, and yes I have the young mans name.
Very expensive for a Large pizza which isn’t large at all whatsoever. It’s a universal small size. Greasy too. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to increase the size. Which then becomes a medium
Love the staff. Great topping. Has become way better them before. When u buy a pizza u want toppings. Not the basenGive people the quality amd they will come back.
