We ordered 5 family size pizza's and all were delicious! Great size and not stingy with the toppings. Dough is fresh and tasted great. Highly recommend!
We are new to the area and we were shocked with the service we received. The worst Pizza takeaway in Pakenham. The customer service is pathetic and the owner is very arrogant and does not care about customers at all. Their pizza is average and their pastas are even worse. Would never go back here again. It would not surprise me if they lose a lot of business. Much better pizza takeaways in Main Street, Pakenham.
We've just moved to Pakenham and I habe to say; after giving this company a go twice even after they couldn't get the first order right. I have to say this is quite possibly the worst pizza ive had to date overly greasy, barely any tipping, base not cooked through. Let alone the "bruschetta" garlic bread sparsely littered with the rare piece of tomato and onion with baked on cheese that and their overpriced wedges with cheese that was missing the guacamole, sweet chilli sauce and sour cream. I doubt we will ever be going back and for the price, the rudeness of the staff and their products, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. How very disappointed we are.
Always order over phone. My pizza always arrives well before quoted time. 2 bits of constructive criticism for the owners. 1: Why do you insist on people who cant speak english properly taking phone orders. 2: Get them to ask phone customers if they have exact change or not.
Today's my first time eating pizza from Mimo's Pizza and it was delicious!!! So fresh, warm and tasty! The presentation was impressive and the price was excellent! The staff was very efficient and had order ready within 5-10 mins. Thankyou Mimo's Pizza! Will definetly order again!
Absolutely beautiful pizza and amazing pasta, had the pork ribs tonight with BBQ sauce, I wanted to return and order more! Service has improved dramatically in the past few months, I definitely recommend.
Shocking Pizza. Is ok if desperate and Coles and Woolworths are closed. Pizza base is like cardboard and don't get me started on the topping. I am not sure if they know what that is. For those that love cheese, and burnt pizza you will dine till your hearts content. For others try Pizza Hut or Domino's. Anything is better than what you are served up here. If I did not live so far away from the store they would have got it back. Luckily my bin was not full.
Horrible service, can not get orders correct, do not even know what is written on their own menu!!! Ordered creamy garlic prawns with white wine sauce and got dry prawns with no sauce, got the medium combo pack of ribs and wings and only got 4 ribs when the menu clearly states a full rack which is minimum 8 ribs, they were overcooked and chicken was not cooked properly. Never ordering from here again!!!
Will not be going back. Got a pizza that wasn't even edible. Prawns were like rubber, couldn't even see any tomato base. At least they gave me a refund when I returned the order.
Do go there!!! Threw away $30 worth of Pasta - completely inedible. Person taking the order was terribly hard to understand. Worst meal we have ever had from a takeaway outlet. JUST DON'T GO THERE!!!! I bet this review will not be posted......
