Use to drive to pizza fellas from Officer for the great service and yummy pizzas but I’ve noticed the usual staff aren’t there anymore and since they have gone so has the great service and yummy pizza. Very disappointed and the store needs to seriously improve or it might as well close as I also overheard other disappointed customers. Big improvements needed

NEW MANAGERMENT AND STAFF ARE A JOKE For one the pizza makers wear no gloves no hair net and are always touching themselves hair face arm who know what else !!! Service over the phone is poor can hardly understand what they are saying when picked up the or when speaking to the staff.. Received pizza and was soggy cold and the dough was not fresh!! Disappointing is an understatement

Ordered A large super supreme for pick up Picked up my pizza got home and opened my pizza to find a short black hair tangled in my pizza. It was disgusting will not be going back especially seeing the pizza maker making the pizzas without any gloves and when I called to make an complaint I was totally dismissed and hung up on and was told it's not my problem Very disappointing.

I received one of your menus in the letterbox so I decided to order 2 trio deals for delivery and I got told that it will be devilered in 30 to 35 minutes. 1hour later we were still waiting for our pizzas called the shop to ask where our pizzas were and the girl hung up the phone on me and I called back straight away again and again asked them where my delivery is as I've waited over an hour for my pizzas and was told it's on it's way should be there in less then 2mintues 20mintues later and we were still waiting with our guests and starving kids for our pizza So I called back a little frustrated and Indian guy picked up the phone and I explained to him that I've called 3times and that my delivery is an hour and half late what the hell is going on and we have already paid over the phone with my card, his response was so rude he told me it will be there when it's there we can not tell you how long it's going to be. So I asked for a refund and not too worry about it as I have waited long enough and I got told sorry we don't refund the money and the he hung up. 2hours later my delivery turns up with old and soggy pizza and 2 pizzas missing. !!!!! But by this time we have already ordered and received our pizzas from dominos. Was disgusted in my service this was my first and LAST time with pizza fellas Thank you but NO thank you !!!!!!!

pizza fellas was one of my favourite pizza place We got great service great pizzas good people But no longer will be buying our pizza from pizza fellas We received bad service, bad manners, wrong pizza no replacement nothing. Poooor all rounder New management sucks bring back old management manager and staff !!!
