I don't mind Hungry Jacks from time time but this was truly dismal quality. My apologies in saying so, but there's no way this can be considered a half decent burger.nnThe lettuce was well worn out, and tasted like it had been sitting at the bottom of a wet container all day. Basically, the whole burger tasted like it was sitting in a lunch box for too long. The photos I've attached are taken 10mins after I bought this..nnHungry Jacks Pakenham.. never again.
Ok so I am finally bumping my review up a star for this particular store. It has improved over the years and this weekend I had a much better burger and chips ultimate double whopper.nnI very much miss the old onion rings crumbed from years past though. Always will!
We have been customers for 12 years. The store runs well. Today, the food was piping hot and very tasty. The staff need lessons in customer service. The presenter in the second window didn’t look at us or utter a word. This is why they lose a star for me.nWell down over all .
The standard Hungry Jacks restaurant. It was clean and pleasant. Was peaceful and quiet until some kids came along and ran around and were screaming in the play area. I guess the restaurant can't be blamed for that. It is a pleasant outlet with nice fast food.
By far the worst Hungry Jacks l've ever been to. The best was in rural NEW South Wales. The food is always cold and sloppy. The service is average, and the drinks only come half full. Very disappointing.
