It was very bad experience , last night I ordered my food at 7:01pm and after long waiting at 7:35 Pm I received my food it was take away so at home when I open food at home chicken was totally black in colour , oil smell was so terrible and its burnt and overcooked. It’s look like chicken fried in grease oil .
Waited about 25 minutes for my zinger box which was missing a chicken piece, and the burger chicken was burnt. The person who packed and gave my order’s name was “Jack”. Better yet, I witnessed him drop tongs on the floor and proceed to use them. Safe to say I’m never coving here again. Disgraceful.
The trouble with bad reviews is eventually they can kill a business. That is, unless the owners do it first. Lift your game franchisee and train your staff better in customer service. Train them to work with quick service in mind as that is what your customers are expecting when the frequent your business.
Ridiculously bad service. Staff were too busy discussing workplace politics to prepare our food. Waited over 20 minutes with ours the only order on the screen.
Bought wicket wings combo. Chips were cold. Took them back. She emptied the returned ones on the tray with the chips. When I said something, she said. They were sitting on the side. She then scooped them out and threw them out. Should have gone straight in the bin.nFilled another one for me. Still cold. Didn’t bother to return them. The wings were very dark in colour. The tables were all dirty. Yet staff members were all talking and laughing behind the counter. We were tought to clean between customers. Very disappointed.
