Absolutely amazing! El Jannah never disappoints. The charcoal chicken is perfectly cooked, juicy, flavourful, and full of that signature smoky taste. The garlic sauce is next level, so creamy and addictive, you’ll want to put it on everything. The portions are generous, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh. Whether you dine in or grab takeaway, you’ll leave completely satisfied. Definitely one of the best places for chicken and Lebanese food in Pakenham!!
Clean restaurant and clean and tasty food, we drive like 20 minutes to come here because it’s a nice and spacious ambience, and the food quality is always consistently good.nnThe staff provided us with great service too, and are always vigilant and attentive to us.nnDefinitely recommend coming here.
Excellent food, spacious and clean place and amazing service. Location is great too.nnWhile there is a lot of parking around the place, but getting to the parking is bit tricky.nnThere is a great option of ordering from parking using the qr code and the food is delivered to your car in the parking.nnOverall great food and great place. This store is manipulating orders for uber customers, ripping them off and delivering something different than what in the menu.nThis Shop was my go to when I feel like chicken since they first opened in Pakenham, I used to order whole chicken/all breasts, and always get what i ordered till 2 weeks ago.nWhole breasts became 1 breasts and 3 cut of pieces of the chicken breast.nVery cheap, very mean trick to save few pennies.nFirst time I thought its innocent mistake, and them happened again 2 days ago.nApart of the chicken was burnt, SOOO DRY.nThey dealing with their loyal customers with soo much disrespect and carelessness, or they think uber customers cant do nothing, they are not instore they will not give us headache.nDISGUSTING APPROACH TO BUSINESS AND DISRESPECTING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.nYOU ARE BUILDING A BIGGER AND BIGGER BASE EVERYDAY OF UNHAPPY, ANGRY ONE TIME OFF CUDTOMERS.
I ordered a whole chook cut into 8 pieces a couple of weeks ago on uber eats. When it arrived there was only 6 pieces. No stress, maybe there’s a young worker who can’t count well. Mistakes happen. Ordered a whole chicken tonight and thought I’d get it cut in to 4. That way they can’t stuff it up …. I was wrong. I got 2 thighs and 1.5 breasts.nThe breast was literally cut in half. One breast was tiny, the other was decent, and one thigh was smaller than the other.nWhen someone’s paying over $40 for a chicken, try giving them what they’ve ordered!
