I had a lovely experience tonight at the drive through. The staff were very friendly from start to finish. One even gave me a compliment which just really made my entire day a little bit better. The service was quick and the food was fresh.
Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this woman. But the older lady manager on drive thru doing the night shift is a shocker. We’ve been served by her a few times now and every time she is disgustingly rude. Everytime she has a new thing to complain about and is just a nasty person. Very disappointing
Come here most days for my coffee, the girls that serve me are always so friendly. Felicity in particular makes the best coffee ive had
Extremely rude customer service. Grandma doing the night shift got our order wrong but blamed us for it. Then she proceeded to use profanity and slammed the window door in our face. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this place at all cost.
Young boy working drive thru by the name of David needs to be fired. I am disgusted by the disrespect and antagonising behaviour this kid displayed. Absolutely inappropriate, takes away from the positive experiences I've had in the past with friendly service. I'm appauled he has no right working within this business and is obviously toxic and rude towards customers.
