STALE & TERRIBLE ! Third time ordering from this place and just as bad. - Pizza was cold - base uneven, hard & rocky - crust was rock hard and burnt - minimal topping n missing on few slices - slices were barely cut 4 slices In all honesty this tasted stale & very hard to eat, as if this was pre-made and frozen from long time ago. Sorry to say but this joint is ruining dominos name!
Paying extra for cheesy crust and still not getting the quality as near as Domino’s. Crust is always crispy and burnt there’s no presentation of the toppings and sauces. It feels like either the cooking machine is not up to the mark or it’s the guys who makes the pizza are not professionals. Tried complaining to dominos on the social media but there’s no change in quality of the food in this store. The other nearby domino’s are way better but they don’t offer delivery because of the default store for my address. ITS JUST SIMPLY NOT GOOD STORE TO ORDER.
Worst pizza ever . We ordered 3 large pizza's and 2 garlic breads . 1 pizza and 2 garlic bread was burnt.: I called them to complain and Dave the staff answered. He was very rude to me and asked me to calm down. Is this the way you solve the issue? I should have checked the review before I placed an order. It was my fault and never again. : Overall he was very rude . This is not the way you run your business.

Don’t know what is the appeal the “large” is the same as anyone else’s small and if you pay extra for stuffed crust $3.50! then you get even less topping but no big loss topping is sparse anyway and very processed what is the pepperoni that’s shaped like a pop ball? And dough is thin and chewy
Seemed like left overs with burnt crust. Disgusting. Had few bites hoping for the best but, NO. Never from them again
Haven't had pizza from one of the big chains in a while, tried again as part of an offer. Pleasantly surprised! Picked up at time specified in app and pizza was ready and hot, staff were friendly and they adhered to my no pineapple modification. Overall taste and quality of ingredients were above what was expected, was great! I'd consider buying next time. If interested, I had a deep dish loaded supreme. For the food category and price, it gets 5 stars.
Terrible service disgusting pizza. My husband bought two pizzas both were burnt I called to inform them of this, I spoke with a guy who asked me to wait while he checked…no idea what he was checking as I could hear him serving customers in the background another person picked up the phone and continued to tell me to bring the pizzas back so he could make me new ones.. I understand everywhere has staff shortages but as a franchise this store is a absolute disgrace. Highly recommend hiring more staff or at least re train the current ones.
We order 2 pizza and the 2 sides, the person who service us was rude, not only that the burn your dessert which I couldn't eat made me sick and they put literally a shake of icing on not enough to cover the whole dessert which made eve plain and more disgusting. I used to be kitchen hand, the pizza you can tell the doe machine wasn't clean properly coz it has sort taste when it the machine doeent get clean properly. Very unhappy with the service I received
Waited 40 minutes for delivery then called to check ordered had gone through properly they told us yes the driver just left so the pizza was on its way and sorry they were very busy, then waited a FURTHER 40 minutes and then called again and they said they had no history of the order! Even though we had a confirmation email and the money had been taken! It’s 9.30pm we have been waited for and hour and a half and now we are told there is no pizza coming! Will never order again!
