Always order from here never had trouble until tonight. Normally i go and get it but tonight i thought would get it delivered ive waited 1.5hrs so far and still waiting. If i didnt ring who knows if it would have even turned up. And all i got when i rang was sorry been busy its just gone into the oven! One unhappy customer not going back again.

On 15th September called up to order 7 pizzas at about 5.45pm. Have ordered many pizzas from Alchester Pizza. Pizza's great!! But when the driver came to our place, she informed me that I should have pre-ordered these pizzas. Never heard of this in my life.!!! We have been a customer for many years, but when I called the owner he was very rude and informed me the same thing!! That I should pre-order my pizzas next time. There will not be a next time for me. I will never order from this shop again. He informed me that after my order they had a couple more orders and were busy. Sorry you are a pizza shop this is your business and customers order pizza's.
