Usually very good food and service, however on this particular night, the young man who took our phone order was rude and very unwilling to help with any questions. Not only this but we had no fish with our order, when i rang the same male staff member answered once again was rude and even questioned whether I really was missing the fish... not only this but no apology was made over the phone or in store after having to go back for a second time to pick up our missing fish... very disappointed on this occasion.

Very tasty flake and generous servings for a good price. However... calamari rings are that pre-chewed, reformed fish mush and not actual calamari rings... As a lover of calamari this is disappointing - I’ve always seen it as false advertising and a rip off considering other shops charge the same price for the real thing. Won’t be back unless this changes.
