Ordered breakfast on my way to work, got a 2 inch long dark coloured hair in my BLT and the man that answered the phone told me with insane attitude  "Well it couldn't have come from us because none of us have brown or black hair". Super strange considering I have bright red hair so it physically cannot be mine. Seriously poor customer service skills on his behalf and the managers that trained him obviously didn't teach him very well at all.

Just used the toilet. Clean snap, only needed one wipe but went in for two just to be safe

One of the only Maccas in the outer east that manages to have their shake machine and soft serve machine working on hot days!

looks like the staff members don't get treated that well by managers especially by the head manager. I would hate to work here, have witnessed staff members get abused by typical boronia junkies. Kudos to the young people that put up with that! Keep up the good work guys and shame on the managers  >:(

Drive through it slow and they nearly always mess up my order.  I go here every day prior to work and 2 out of 3 times need to wait in the parking bays for coffee.  Very frustrating.
