September 8th 2024 . At 11am I went in store and ordered my food to dine in. I was impressed by the service I received and enjoyed the table delivery. It was prompt and my food was hot and tasty. What stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restaurant but more impressive was the obvious teamwork amongst the staff . It's not often I have anything great to say about McDonald's, but the staff were communicating with each other with respect and efficiency ! I felt the need to praise the staff directly on a job well done
If I could rate it less I would. Absolutely terrible service sat in the drive through waiting to order whilst they let 6 people through on the other side, got annoyed moved and proceeded to then take 3 people ahead of me on the side I just left, ending up just driving though and ordering at the pay counter where no one had anything to say, horrible staff horrible service 0/5.
Easily the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been in.nI have actually taken a lot more photos to share with Health Department and local council. Staff couldn't care less and in fact 1/2 were standing both sides of the service counter eating ice cream. Asked for manager Haley I am told but she wouldn't come to counter. And to top it off, after the 30 minute wait, cold chips. It was not busy, just lazy couldn't care less staff
I put a scheduled delivery time at 11:20am for 2:05pm on Menulog today, then you guys start making it then saying it’ll arrive past my break time. Try hiring some actual competent staff, absolutely shameful service
When we went through drive thru, the order taker kept serving the other lane and didn’t take our order. We had to drive through in the end without having our order taken at the speaker.nThe food was fresh but we asked for no mayonnaise on the Mc chicken burger. The crew person had put mayo on and then scraped it off. This is not McDonald’s procedure. See picsnnVisit: Friday 29th 11:35am
