Easily the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been in.nI have actually taken a lot more photos to share with Health Department and local council. Staff couldn't care less and in fact 1/2 were standing both sides of the service counter eating ice cream. Asked for manager Haley I am told but she wouldn't come to counter. And to top it off, after the 30 minute wait, cold chips. It was not busy, just lazy couldn't care less staff
Ordered 5 items – 2 items missing burgers, 1 item incorrect the chips. 40% of order correct drink and sundae. Not the first time they've got it wrong either. Rushing and/or lack of care. Please try to slow down and read the orders properly.
As far as McDonald’s stores go the food is actually quite good. However, the tables are often dirty, food on the floor and the bins overflowing. During one visit there was a group of unruly young people in there vaping. Staff didn’t seem to care. They need more staff overseeing/cleaning the eating area.
Now that Macca's isn't on UberEats I'm finding that McDelivery and going to the store means great quality and service consistently. I feel like the staff are working hard to provide a higher level of food and customer service which I appreciate. Thank you!
Boronia is the best McDonald's in the Knox and Maroondah areas in my opinion.nnI have been served several times by Darcy at McDonald's Boronia. He is professional, diligent and his customer service is impeccable. It is refreshing to experience exceptional service from a young man, many could learn from his example.
