A cosy atmosphere greets you along with a warm welcome when you walk through the door. You can choose to eat inside, outside or takeaway but I recommend inside. This way you can watch the chef select your fresh ingredients and cook them in spectacular fashion through the large windows separating the dining area from the kitchen. It's a grand performance of steam, fire, sizzling and movement that all adds to the experience. The prices are a bit higher for some items but generally reasonable and I think the freshness and quality of the ingredients along with their preperation are very good. The use of disposable bowls is ok, but a plastic fork that was so flimsy I could not pierce anything but the softest food needs a rethink.
