I stopped at Subway Boronia (Victoria) for lunch on Thursday 28/09/2017, while sitting down to eat I watched as the store manager / owner did a quick clean up. She proceeded to throw the garbage in the bin but it's what happened next that was so disgusting I felt the need to write this. Instead of disposing of the napkins with all the other garbage they were put back behind the counter, presumably to be used again. If this is considered normal enough to do in front of customers I shudder to think of what happens behind the scenes. Is the few cents each napkins is worth important enough to warrant such a disgusting practice? I now find myself questioning the rules and training provided by head office and I can't help but wonder if this sort of thing is standard practice throughout the Subway chain? There are plenty of alternatives out there and I for one will feel better eating somewhere that takes hygiene and food safety seriously.

When you're in a rush and looking for something healthy, you cannot go past this place. Their service is impeccable and even when there is a rush, they always have a friendly smile and great customer service. They did mess up my order once and were happy to redo it too! Give them a big thumbs up for that.
