First time going there tonight and will be the last. I may have been wrong in assuming a 5 piece of fried chicken would come with chips, but I also asked for a "5 piece with chips". When I got home, $12.50 later, no chips! The chicken was clearly overcooked and had been sitting in heater for too long. Was dry and gross, similar can be said for the service.

My boyfriend and I have been there twice now, once when it was charcoal chicken and then again when it changed to Meat & Bun and I can say either experience has been a delight. The lady behind the counter comes across as rude and impatient when taking you order, making you reluctant to ask any questions or take your time ordering. While we were there once a customer walked in and had asked if they still served chicken (as they only just recently change to a burger place) to which the rude lady behind the counter replied with "NUH" and that was it, so the customer walked out and she didn't even seem phased by this at all. Then when it came to the food, it was nothing special both times, but it was a horrible experience the second time when we tried their burgers. We got a burger each, chips and gravy. The burgers were average and I couldn't get through mine, the chips were also average, but the gravy was the worst part. We bought a medium gravy and the container was filled to the brim, to the point where I tried to open it and got hot gravy spilt all over my hand and leg.....and we weren't given napkins. My boyfriend attempted to open it again later, but the same thing happened, so we paid for gravy we couldn't eat basically because we couldn't open it without wearing it? Over all, not going back there!
