Disappointed with the Barramundi – Not Worth the PricennI ordered the barramundi at the Boronia Hotel expecting a whole fish, as that’s what I’ve received at many other restaurants for the same price. Instead, I was served two small fillet slices – not even close to a full portion – which was a huge letdown.nnTo make matters worse, the presentation was terrible. The fish was just plonked on top of a mountain of chips, and the plate was overloaded with salad and fries, clearly used as cheap fillers. It felt lazy and poorly thought out.nnFor the price, this meal was absolutely not worth it. If you’re looking for quality seafood or decent value, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
I love that they have a dedicated vegan menu as well as vegan and vegetarian items on the kid's menu one of my kids is vegetarian! My kids absolutely LOVE the playground and the ice-cream they get with their meal. If we ever mention going out for dinner this is their top pick. Service is lightning fast too.
Kids meals came out quick and play area is great except they do have kiddie gambling in there which I strongly disagree with coin operated claw machines and the like. Parma was revolting the chicken was so dry and tough. The waitress asked if we wanted new ones and when we suggested they'd be the same she shrugged knowingly. Very busy and loud but good for big groups and quick bar service for drinks.
Great place for a relaxing lunch while the kids have a play in such a spacious indoor playground. Service was good and food came out fast. Great tasting pub food and good kids menu too. Kids didn't want to leave which is a great success. Plenty of tables near the playground so you can sit back and relax knowing where the kids are. They have something for toddlers up to older kids so suits all ages. We will be back again with the kids.
Lucky the company was fantastic because the food was pretty bad. Fish that was tasteless, a tired salad and nearly raw vegetables. Then I asked for a weak soy latte and got full strength and lukewarm. Could hardly drink it.nWon't be back.
