I bought a soft noodle with king prawns and veg, it was a generous serve and prawns and veg perfectly cooked and enjoyable flavour was a little lacking but the only thing they could improve on is using fresh noodles the noodle they used tasted like packet dried noodles not nice at all considering the dish was a noodle dish
We came here last minute for a birthday with 6 people. Staff were friendly and professional. We ordered a variety of dishes including beef and vegetables, sweet and sour chicken, pork in plum sauce, lemon chicken and fried rice. Everything that we ate was delicious.
A nice restaurant, family-owned for many years now. The service is top notch, with the owners stopping to chat to regular customers on Friday night. The food is simple and plentiful. Staff were willing to bring out some extra sauce and chilli oil to boost the flavours, which may be tailored to the older locals. I would suggest a few updated dishes or combinations would help bring in a younger crowd. It was busy but not too loud, a lovely atmosphere.
Had hot and spicy soup. Made a mistake in not asking how hot ect. Soup was a tad bland for me. My fault not spicy at all. Had stir fry on sizzle plate. Beef with a black pepper tangy sauce. Not tangy only a runny sauce. My friend had prawns with a garlic sauce. Boy did that look and smelt delicious, was really enjoyed. Guess what I'm having next time. Yummy.
I have ordered menulog from here before and enjoyed it. Dining in tonight for a friends birthday, I got the mongolian beef, it was delicious! All that we ordered was fantastic, but I absolutely loved my meal!
