I had an excellent experience at KFC Bayswater, all thanks to the outstanding service from Brodie and flynn. From the moment I approached the counter, Brodie was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. He handled my order with great attention to detail and made sure everything was fresh, correct, and served promptly.nnWhat really stood out was Brodie’s positive attitude and professionalism — it’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their role. Even during a busy time, he remained calm, efficient, and friendly, creating a great atmosphere for customers.nnIt's not often you walk away from a fast-food visit wanting to write a review, but Brodie truly went above and beyond. If every visit was like this, I’d be a regular every week. Give that man a raise!nnHighly recommend KFC Bayswater — and be sure to look out for Brodie if you want top-tier service!
Nino was awesome to deal with – super enthusiastic and an all-round great bloke. His customer service skills were excellent and he brought great energy the whole time. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
I popped into KFC Bayswater recently, not intending to buy anything, and was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service I received—especially from a team member named Brodie. Even though I didn’t order, Brodie greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. He was friendly, professional, and didn’t make me feel rushed or out of place, which is rare these days. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about customer experience, no matter the situation. The store was also clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed atmosphere. I’ve visited many fast food places, but the customer service here—particularly from Brodie—stood out. His attitude reflects well on the whole team and makes me want to return next time when I am actually hungry. Great job, KFC Bayswater—especially Brodie—for setting such a high standard for service!
The staff need to learn what customer service is. When you have 3 girls staffstanding around near drive through window all looking at something funny on one girls phone. One of those girls being a team leader as shown on her t/shirt while the poor young guy out the front trying to keep up with packing orders. Music in store is always great but not as loud as it was.
