Waited 10+ minutes at the drive through while it cleared out in front of me, then they finally took the other person's order who got there after me.nI eventually ordered two hotcakes meals. Not complicated.nWaited another 10+ minutes in the waiting bay while they gave everyone else their meals and our kids got grumpy.nThey finally gave us our coffees and forgot our hotcakes. Wtf were they doing?nNext time I'll just grow the wheat and coffee beans, raise the chicken and cow etc. myself to save time. Or even better I'll just go somewhere else, I recommend everyone do the same.
I've worked at McDonald and never felt as bad. The food was cold. And wasn't appealing to eat. The tables dirty. Even the order wasn't filled correctly. The male who placed the food on the tray didn't seem like he wanted to be their. I personally will never go back to that store
Went to Kilsyth McDonalds to get large and small Choc fudge sundaes about 7.30 tonight. The small sundae was ok, my large was appallingly. Didn’t fill the cup up and next to no fudge. It’s ice cream for goodness sake! When you charge people nearly $5 for a sundae, give your customers what they order!
I don't know what's going on with the drive through... I've had to wait over 5 minutes 80% of the time to be served & you betcha if someone else pulls up on the other side they get served first EVERYTIME! Can't order @ the windows apparently asked to drive around just to be ignored AGAIN! Get a camera there.
Went through the drive through at approximately 4:20pm today. I ordered a Med Strawberry shake and a large fries. The fries were almost cold and the shake was about 25mm down from the top of the cup. As it was drive through I was on my way before I realised, very poor McDonalds, Very poor. Seems to be like they don't care. Be very careful when using this and I suspect other McDonalds drive through.
