We walked in with a big group and the store handled it beautifully.. The service was smooth and easy, the food was hot and delicious, and the facilities were clean. I wouldn't normally post about a Macca's, but this one was speccy.
Went to Kilsyth McDonalds to get large and small Choc fudge sundaes about 7.30 tonight. The small sundae was ok, my large was appallingly. Didn’t fill the cup up and next to no fudge. It’s ice cream for goodness sake! When you charge people nearly $5 for a sundae, give your customers what they order!
Cheeseburgers were missing ingredients. Quarter pounders missing onions. Not worth driving back but looks like the cook needs training
It was cold inside even though the temp outside was 7 degrees.nThe person who served me didn't ask if it was dine in or takeaway. She served it in a takeaway paper bag but didn't put any serviettes in the bag.nThe burger was lukewarm as were the fries.nOverall not the best service I've had from macca's.
Outstanding customer service and cleanliness.nThe staffs were friendly and provide excellent services.nMy burger was stacked nicely and especially my large fries was filled up fully.nAlthough, it was in lunch time rush, the crew and the duty manager were happily helping me filled up my 2lit waters with ice for the kids.nDefinitely recommend to others when visiting this area. Especially in cherry timenWestgate Melbourne.nCheers
