Came in on a Sunday evening and the place was pretty full up. Lots of atmosphere in the cafe which is great to see. Orders took a very long time to come out. We arrived at 6:15 and we ordered our food by 6:30. We got our meals at 7:55pm. In which they forgot parts of our order. It appeared that this happened on a few tables and it was not just us that took a long time for the food to be served up. The food is great, the wait time is not. Being told 20 minutes to then have it take an hour and a half... And with a child too, it makes things rather hard to keep them entertained. All in all, if this place is busy, be aware it will take a long time to get your food to you. If its quiet, this place is certainly a great place to be with some delicious food.

Good food, relaxed atmosphere and a fun diner vibe. Not the best diner or best burgers you'll find in Melbourne, but a nice gem tucked away in the suburbs. Keen to go back and try the shakes/sundaes. Service was a little slow, even on a quiet Sunday, but understandably it's a small operation and there was only one cook at the time. They need to keep the doors closed or invest in a fly screen though - I'd rather eat without the flies around!

So disappointed. We turned up at 7:15~ on a Friday night, it was reasonably quiet. The look of the place was fun and vintage, and the 50s music was a nice touch, if too loud. We were seated outside and they took our order, drinks turned up promptly (the Apple Pie Shake was excellent). Then we were ignored for an hour. They lost our order, despite giving us the drinks, and despite there being less than 10 people in the restaurant. We sat outside in full view of staff, they came outside to farewell other customers, and didn't seem to give us a second glance. When we were told that our order had been lost, paid for our drinks and left. I can only assume this service isn't the norm. We won't be going back.

Welcoming, cozy and great burgers! This was the 2nd visit... and I was very impressed again. Wonderful customer service. Thanks Paul!

This place is sooooooo good. Highly recommended. Staff were really friendly and I will be back there again😊
