The paella was the best I've had in ages, most other Nando's stores make it quite dry but the Boronia store are much more generous with the sauce and it makes a huge difference! Chips were perfect with lots of Peri salt. We moved house and no longer live near our fav Nando's, the trip out of our way was well worth it!

Food is good but the place could use a bit of a clean. Other than that. It's good. I'll be back.

Nothing to complain about but nothing to get excited about either. Food is what you'd expect from a Nando's but the service good be improved with a few more smiles and helpful conversation.

last ngt ordered peri per chicken...mild hot. oh my god..it was very terrible food...can't have..they put different sauce..we through the bin...very poor customer service..it was so disappointed...

The food and service is great. But what amaze me is, the sense of responsibility of the manager/owner. I lost my jacket like AWHILE ago (perhaps more than 3 months), I couldn't even remember where I lost it. When I came to the store (and the last visit was when I forgot to pick up my jacket). within minutes, the manager/owner brought my jacket and said "You forgot your jacket last time, I remembered you". So he felt obliged to remember me for something which literally my own mistake (and it has been more than 3 months)? That amazed me.
