Carlos Cantina is an independent Mexican restaurant.
We are not one of those run-of-the-mill franchise outlets nor are we one of those pretentious celebrity chef restaurants with hefty prices to match.
The people behind Carlos Cantina are simply a bunch of Mexican food lovers who are passionate about serving freshly prepared value for money Mexican tucker to our guests. We love what we do and we hope it shows in our food and service.

Casual atmosphere and very large menu. Great for a group setting, wooden rafters and rustic tables. Meals are very generous and whilst they don't have a lot of fancy presentation they do the basics well. Great flavour, big portions, menu has all the standard Mexican fare you want. Staff were great. Nachos were stuffed!
Staff are absolutely fantastic. Food service was quick even though the place was packed. The food itself doesn't stand out much and was quite average however we had a few drinks with family and the atmosphere made up for it. Not too bad.

Great place for your Mexican fix. The staff are friendly and the food is just awesome. Nachos, fajitas and enchiladas taco
I loved the warm and inviting reception, decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. I highly recommend the seafood fajitas, chilli prawn fajitas, fish tacos, nachos with beef and jalapenos, cheesy fries, frozen margaritas and the spicy margaritas.
