Today I took my practical driving test with Neil. Although I failed, I would like to appreciate his very professional attitude and advice. He is a very nice gentleman, and very expert. He tried to calm me down in the beginning noticed my nervousness and really helped in reducing the stress. He was very polite with a positive attitude. I am so sorry that I lost my chance of passing the exam at the last exercise definitely my own fault of not checking properly at a give way. At the end of the exam, he pointed out my strengths and weak points. He took his time to explain to me about the mistakes I made and the rules I needed to pay more attention to. He even drew drawings for my better understanding. I am writing this review in particular to thank him for this pleasant experience. I wish he be my assessor next time. Wish you guys all luck who are lucky enough to have him as your assessor. though I live in city and this location is pretty far from my place, I will definitely go back to this centre regarding this pleasant experience, the front lady was also very nice
This licensing centre is the best !! My son had tried at other places only to come away feeling upset and very disappointed. My son was extremely nervous going for his test as one assessor not Kelmscott was rude unprofessional and used extremely unprofessional language towards my son. Assessor 2354 was warm and very friendly, unfortunately my son didn’t pass but the assessor went over everything and even run out to give my son the books to read. He went back had Assessor 2398 and passed this assessor was amazing. Best advice read books and watch driving WA on YouTube Big thank you to Kelmscott
I had a very good encounter with DOT Kelmscott. A big thanks to Peta for her wonderful work and customer service, she was very welcoming and effectively sorted out an issue I was having, and followed up to ensure it was resolved. Will definitely be coming back in future. Thanks guys!
Okay so I passed my driving assessment on my 3rd go but for my last two attempts I had the same assessor: Grant. Unlike what the other reviews will say He is not here to fail you and actually wants to assess your driving ability. I found Grant to be very comforting as I was nervous and he did calm me down however just be aware he is a bit fussy on the mirror/headchecks but if you are capable driver that shouldn't be an issue. Toilets being closed it a bit annoying as when your a bit nervous you need to chuck a wizz but like if you can control your bladder you should be good to go.
I had a driving test today and assessor Neil 2349 in Kelmscot was really really goood. Very positive person and indicate good and clear directions. Its a blessing to have a magnificent assessor. Happy new year
Today I passed my driving test my assessor was Rod he is such a nice man I was nervous during my driving test and my assesor made me feel comfotable and calm all through out. Thank you Rod, you are amazing.
Absolutely awesome service from PETA on a late Friday afternoon. Could not have asked for a more helpful and friendly person. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would for customer service.
Very Disappointed. Like Third World Country. No public toilet. It is very important to have public toilet in all Department of Transport. Especially, those expected nervous candidates taking driving test. It is common sense that there MUST have Toilets facility.
Both me and my mom passed our PDA here. All of the staffs are incredibly friendly including the assessors. I am so glad i passed my driving test here and i got a lot of pleasant memories as the result. Kelmscott is indeed the best.
I took my practical test with Rod who was positive person and indicate good and clear. I was nervous and he he made me feel comfortable and calm. Thank you Rod.
