3.5% unemployment rate is not accurate Figure. If not many people unemployed so why Centrelink service is below the average like poor phone service. Staff not trained about New point system. Departments not communicating with each other blame game.
This is the first time I come here, She does not know how to deal with clients and has no experience. I want to tell you that I will file a complaint against you because you are corrupt. This employee's name is Louise There is never a smile on her face
Went in last week to sort some stuff out, they only read out what is already been sent to my email instead of what needs to be fixed. Sent me home saying i need to call the centrelink phone number which when i called won't go through because of high volume of calls. This week i came to canberra for holiday and got it sorted at the Service Australia Gunghalin. They sorted out the issue on spot and realised the email directions were wrong as it isn't possible to fix over the phone and will take time. They called the high authorities from their end and sorted the issue. Really disappointing to see that you guys send people home without fixing the issue that can easily be solved from your end.
Staff is good. Can be alot better if they don't treat everyone like criminals. Also it's a new year. Start off happy. Instead of I hate this job, so I hate you attitude. Also I think working/ representing a government place. You think smiles would be priority. Have regulars then have a upbeat attitude to help motivate them. But..... The security guy in front.. Asian guy.. Awesome top notch work and the 20 questions. But dude. hes security not a police officer. Don't give you no right to stop people from entering. Half the people don't want to be there. But to get what is required, we have to be there.change your attitude. Hence why people accidentally use racist words towards you. It's out of anger because your influenced that anger. Playing Boss Man who can enter and who doesn't.
For an office that provides a service in assisting people I have had the worst experience. After waiting 30 minutes in line I was directed to a check in booth, where I was then told I needed to come back tomorrow because they were closing in 10 minutes. I believe it is absolutely terrible service when I’ve been declined because someone does not want to stay an extra 5 minutes after hours to help someone. It’s ridiculous that the customers and or guests are not told this at the door. Maybe some advice : if you want to be off the clock at exactly 430pm you should notify people entering the building at 4pm that there is a chance they’ll be missed.. or even stop letting people in 15 minutes prior to closing and finish helping those who waited in line. Such laziness it’s beyond me.. as I am someone who takes pride in customer service and always strives to make it the best and most helpful experience for the people I am working with, I’m completely baffled.
Reception staff need a lesson in customer service. I was only accompanying my son sorting out his covid cert, the woman rudely demanded to see my documents ' because youre in the building arent you', Id literally just checked in etc with the security guard at entrance 3 m away in full view- it was not busy and she was unnecessarily hostile
Can’t complain about the wait, everyone be there because they have the need. No one will spend 1-2hrs queuing for nothing. Just wish the reception staff understand that too. Extremely rude staff at check in counter.
Pathetic service from a staff name Louise. I was advised by another staff that u can fill the medicare application form and submit here. I sat there filled the form and waited in the queue for 20mins to be told by Louise that email or post the form as submitting here will not quicken the process. I requested that i have a little one and don’t have enough time to scan or post, but she didn’t had any kindness, even though her colleague advised previously that she will accept it. Rude behaviour and lack of compassion.
As usual, don't bother calling. A non-stop run around by an automated voice. Gone are the days of a friendly, helpful human voice. Gotta risk COVID to visit and take a number and wait like a peasant, sad really.
We waited for 2 hours for nothing. The reception lady was extremely rude and not helpful. The waiting system could’ve been improved a lot better. Very disappointed and wast of time. Better go to another service centre.
