Best Australia Post ever! The staffs were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient to help my passport application, even told me what will happen if my photos got declined by passport officer. 5 stars service!
My experience with the ID verification service for property purchases was exceptional, all thanks to Shirley Owner. Her expertise and courteous demeanor made the process smooth, and she went above and beyond by staying late to finish everything, even though we arrived just before closing. I highly recommend their services.
Unprofessional and condescending customer service. The staff took a photo in a hurry, did not show or give a chance to have a look before importing them to the screen and 4 out of 4 were either blurred or not good size/setting. Still needed to pick one that he “thought” it was ok and kept asking/investigating the photos i brought there with rude attitude “who took these pictures? Who?” for at least 4 times. Completely absolutely worst ever aus post.
The staff are always helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with especially one of the asian lady Shirley, the best to deal with highly recommended anyone looking for a quick process or any mailing/ posting related service to use this Auspost in Willetton/ Riverton area. Great service.
I always come to this post office, and I never had any problem; most staff are friendly, caring and patient.nBut today, one senior lady was there and made me nervous and angry.nI waited in the queue for 20 minutes until she called me Saturdays are a busy day for post offices and I knew it. .nI had to take photos with exceptional conditions to renew my passport. That old lady was so nervous and hurried; she told me to be ready fast and repeated, quickly quickly all the time, I have customers to take care of. She made me very angry, it was my turn, and she had to do her job patiently, but I didn't say anything.nMy photo had to have special conditions, and I had to check it before printing; I told her to show me my picture on the camera, then I could check if it suited the rules of my embassy. She said no, I can't. You can check it on the screen but actually, she could show me the photo on the camera. The pictures were wrong, and I had to take the photo again.nRather than handling her aggressive behaviour, she made me wait longer and check other customers while I was there waiting. It was my turn. I waited in the queue like other customers. But again I had to wait.nAt the end, the other lady came to take my photo, who was very lovely. She understood my photo needed a particular condition, and I had to check it. She showed me the photo on the camera before sending it to the system, and it didn't take time.nPlease tell your staff when the office is busy, and people are in the queue, you don't need to repeat faster faster to your customers and make them nervous, everybody knows it is a busy day, and they have to wait like us we waited for 20 minutes in the queue for the task that it could take just 5minutes, but it took us 15minutes because she didn't do it properly.nPlease don't do other customers' tasks between the other one.nOr if it's important to you not to make people wait for a long time, hire more staff for Saturdays.
