Every time I've had to call or go in I've always been impressed by the level of service I received. Always been friendly and polite and very helpful in my experience.
Graeme and the team do a fantastic job of taking care of everything. They are quick and responsive through email and calls and always try to help you get your license paperwork sorted quickly and efficiently. A very competent team they have working there.
Helpful staff, everything was explained regarding required forms and supporting doc's needed for my application on phone , prior to my visit where I filled in forms tendered correct document supporting application paid the fee and wait the 8 weeks for processing. Staff were helpful every time I have been there.

POSITIVE: I came multiple times and due to lack of documents each and every officer whom I delt with was so helpful.the standard they deliver was so high and so proffesional. I really felt so happy after all thehussles I went through the process and finally some one to help ,support ,direct me to the right place and tell me what to do .thanks again it was a awesome experience . Will highlyrecommend.
Arrived at 1430 and was told that certified copies of my identification were not acceptable and that I'd require original copies to place a license application. This makes no sense, becuase there's no point in paying to have documents certified if they're not accepted as valid id and i was explicitly instructed to have certified copies on the application form. Anyway, I said that luckily I had the original copies in my car, parked less than 50m away, but was told I couldn't go and get them, because "it gets busy at this time and we're closing soon, so you'll have to come back in the morning". I was one of two non-staff members in the building at the time and it was 1.5hrs before closing. Ridiculous excuse making to avoid working.
Spent more time on hold and the operator hung up on me before failing to answer my questions. It’s incredibly frustrating to get correct an accurate information especially when the caller doesn’t understand what I asked and half answers and hangs up
Horrendous customer service. Spoke to a women named maddi I could tell she wanted me dead as soon as I called..
typical government department on hold for 28minutes just to be hung up on called back and got a voice recording saying they were now closed. absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful
