I had travelled from north of the river to visit family.  We found that something was scraping on the under carriage, particularly when reversing and driving slowly. I was concerned regarding the safety driving home and called into Autobahn. I was greeted by Martin who was extremely helpful, recognizing the possible issue straight away.  His staff were on lunch break but within half an hr I received a text to say my vehicle was ready.  Once again Martin greeted me, and informed me it was fixed. Excellent service and very happy my car would be safe for the return journey. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to get my car serviced here. Thank you.Service:&nbsp;General repairs

I come from down south and booked my car in at autobahn VIC Park for its 125 000km service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were Emmett and everything was done to a high standard. Blake, one of the staff members there, was in constant communication with me to make sure I knew what was going on. Not only was the service amazing but when I tested positive for Covid they made sure to do everything they could to help me and get my car back to me. I had my Car full serviced here. Blake was very polite from the beginning. He explained me in detail about all the repairs needed. When I went there to pick up my car, he cleared all my queries by showing demos about the repairs and was very helpful. Blake really exceeded my expectations. Also they provided a complementary car wash and my car is shining. Huge thanks to the whole team- from booking service to Servicing to Pick up. Will definitely be using their service moving forward.

Needed to find a new mechanic local to us and the Google rating did not disappoint! Blake at front desk was friendly, informative and not pushy at all like some places you get. We had a service done, a replacement of front brakes and rear brake light. All reasonable cost, and they even wash your car for you- thanks team! Went here when my car wouldn't start due to what I suspected was a dead car alarm battery. I was served by Blake who was extremely friendly and helpful who suggested purchasing the battery at Repco across the road and replaced the battery for me without charge!  Happy to say it fixed the issue and now my car will start! Service is excellent and would highly recommend this place to anyone purely based on this experience. Thanks so much Blake!

Worst experience going there. I do not recommend going there to anyone. People at the front were very rude and arrogant. Last 2 services were the worst. They ended up causing more damage to my vehicle than fixing it. First they damaged my dashboard and couldn't even drive my vehicle when I went to collect it. I couldn't even change my gears. When I told them about my dashboard they said they will glue it back. When I was very angry the owner gave me discount on my total bill. They don't even test if the car is running after they finished repairing it. My speedometer was working fine when I gave them for full service. I went to pick the Car on Saturday as they couldn't finish the repairs on Friday. I couldn't even call them as it was weekend. Later when I tell them about the damage they say it is wear and tear. That happens like it got damaged in one night. Never going back again.Services:&nbsp;Brakes

Great service from Blake and the mech crew at this branch. Had several items to sort out with my car like flushing trans and engine oils, wheel bearing and wheel brake rotors replacement and installation of new tires. Blake helped me over the phone and in store, making sure I understood what everything meant and broke it down in a way that made it easy to understand as someone who is not very car savvy.
