DO NOT USE FASTWAY

You will regret it big time.
You will not know were your parcel is even tho they will tell you, it's a lie.
They say seven day delivery, expect seven weeks.
Don't bother calling to find your parcel, it's a waste of time, apparently all communication between call centre & the depots are email only.
I'm at the end of four weeks waiting for a parcel from over East to Perth.

Received my parcel today and on time!
 Very happy with the courier service in Balcatta.

If your company puts your employees first then I'm sure you will be more productive!
Don't just take customers concerns or complaints into consideration...do  something about it!

I had a great service and I liked the fact that when they left my parcel at a nearby depot when they couldn’t find me in the house ..... keep up the good work 👍

I have sadly not had a great experience. I have been waiting for a Parcel since the 14th of May (it is now the 5th of June) and the communication has not been good at all. I have called 5 times and been told that there is an urgent delivery notice but the communication between the people who we call and the actual depot does not seem to be great. I have asked for the parcel to be left behind the side gate yet when it was finally delivered it was not left there just a 'sorry we missed you' card in the mailbox. I really hope that I get my parcel soon and it is a shame that I did not have a better experience. Happy to change my review / opinion if I have a better experience next time.

The service I have received ( not received ) I would not wish on my worst enemy 

I have been waiting for a package for a month and can’t even get in contact with the office and when I do they have no idea what is going on.

I tried getting in contact with the drivers and they tell me to call the office. 

I can’t believe this company is still going after all these reviews. 

No one has been in contact with me after more than 10 emails and countless phone calls. 

I still don’t have my package and I’m not sure what to do. 

If someone from fastest sees this can you please get in contact with me. I just want my package and to never have to deal with you again.
