*Make sure you know the prices before you go in! Getting your Ls basically costs $200! They don't tell you that until you've waited for your first service, passed the test and gone to collect your results and pick up your booklet. Wait time was average, the smell and cleanliness worse. The bigger issue was customer service- the trainee who served me was great, but her trainer ignored us and basically looked dead inside. I asked a question while the trainee photocopied my IDs and her superior completely ignored me. Lady at the front desk when we got there was so rude. At least they were relatively efficient

I have renewed my license 3 or 4 weeks ago and i didn't receive a new one or a letter from DOT. Went to DOT Cannington today to address my issue. The gentleman who was at the front desk seeing me with a toddler and a baby, straight away he passed me the express line number. Thanks for understanding.

Old lady with short blonde hair who served me was rude and had no people skills whatsoever in saying that I was polite throughout the whole interaction. I know it gets busy but there’s no need to be a grouch.

Best department to give your Hazard Perception Test. Kelmscott system is dodgy i failed there few times but went to cannigton one and passed it straight away and the environment is really good there and quick service. Staff is very friendly.

it was almost closing time so the staff member lied to me that i can do everything through dot direct whatever i was looking for. She only did it because she wants to go home, the way she talked to me wasn’t appropriate and professional either.
