Fantastic service, I didn't have to wait, Julian was amazing. He help me with all of my questions was very pleasant to speak to was very patient health me update all my details, reception stuff was lovely as well. The service center was clean. The waiting area was very nice. The fact that I did not have to wait for a very long time and having such amazing service was a great experience for me!
Woman at front desk to check in was very rude, she asked for my CRN I asked her what is that and then she answers “If you don’t know it then you shouldn’t be here.” well I’m underaged with my mum and because I don’t know my CRN or have never stepped in a centre link in my entire life it would be nice if you told me! Anyways, she gave attitude and have a very mean tone. But the man at service 3 was very kind and made up for her rudeness.
Bloody disgusting and useless. Drive 45 minutes to centre. Enter. Proceed to a counter where I am asked what assistance I would like. Explain the simple matter. Told to take a seat and I will be attended to. Wait 30minutes ⏳⏳⏳⏳⏱⏰ Called to a counter where I explain the simple matter," AGAIN ". which would have taken no more that 10 minutes to resolve Told an appointment would be made for me in 4 days time. Drive back home 45 minutes. Beauracrats and public servants are stuffing this country.
Don't trust the grey headed man at the side counter he's rude and aggressive shouldn't do customer service
Went to medicare Cockburn a few days ago.The staff were efficient and professionally polite. It was a stress free experience
So sad that Centrelink looks now to make it impossible for you to make a claim it’s like they put all obstacles possible for you to stop claiming. They are successful I must say.
Our case was long and complex The staff went beyond their way and helped us out. Very friendly and courteous.
It was fine. I went to Centrelink, which we all know, can get very busy. But it really wasnt that long to wait. Staff were proffessional enough when my turn came around, and assisted me as required. Thankyou
Very professional, respectful and friendly staff. Super efficient service. It took me only 20mins from the time i enter this facility. Highly recommended!
so the parking can be tricky but regardless customer service is excellent , friendly staff
