I would not recommend working in this department. I got an identified position disability and was not supported at all. It took 6 months to get accessibility software that I was promised would be ready day 1. An EL level staff member of made fun of my disability occasionally until one day it escalated when I asked if he would like me to stay back, he told me thats not how at work here, you stay until a EL team tells you to leave. He went on to cancel all my leave including study days, he also denied all leave for medical appointments after this.nnI explained my situation to HR and showed email evidence to see if I somehow misread the situation. They told me this is bullying and you find these types all the time in DSS, and like every meeting I had with them they reminded me to tick the box on my DSS profile identifying i have a disability. They advice the only thing to do is apply for other jobs. I spoke with other identified position disability coworkers and many had similar experiences.nnI would not recommend working in this department, and if you in my experience it was a mistake to identify myself as a person with a disability.

Very curtious, professional and respectful. And was in and out within 15 minutes!!@@
