The staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding with my car registration which I realise I’ve got all wrong!. A really positive experience despite my administrative errors. I just wish more places could be like this with such great staff.
I tried to get my drivers license changed from a WA license, I had to go three times because I got turned away at the door because I didn’t bring a document, a document I paid money for. Then when I went back the second time, I realised the document I paid money for was redundant and THEY had to procure the document for me. Only gave me a half hearted apology. Then the last time I came in was to take my photo as the document arrived, they give you no notice of the photo, they just take it at their whim. Like why? It is at no detriment to you to count down from three. And the third time took so long despite them processing my information the second time - as they somehow had to process it all AGAIN? Inefficient to the max. Then I got a call a few weeks ago that they MISPRINTED my license and I have to wait another few weeks for my new one.
very inefficient in many ways, they don't care to provide help to customers, they just wanted to get ot over with by turning people away or coming in multiple times without getting customers' inquiries sorted at once.nI went in three times to try get my licence done, I have researched on the official website what I need to bring in, so many confusions on both Service NSW and Access Canberra. Every time different staff says different things and always let you hanging or unresolved. They really need to work hard on their staff training and response to be more direct and helpful.
Tried to get help paying my rego because the online renewal wasn't working. Was told to ho online. Explained it wasn't working and that I couldn't select my vehicle. Was told to try again. Explained I've tried for a few days now and it's still not working. Showed then screenshots of the issue and they said it was weird and just to try again later. They were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Even calling made no difference
MARTINA - Your workplace has multiple signs of showing respect and not tolerating abusive behavior. You yourself are wearing an 'R U OK' badge and 'HOW YA DOIN' badge. Yet immediately for absolutely no reason you show passive aggressive and rude behavior the moment I sat down to register a car. You should practice what your badges say and follow the rules of your own workplace. If you hate your job that much get a new one!!! I feel sorry for you that you hate life that much.
