Really great service.nEvery time I go in, the staff are really nice and I have got my things resolved very quickly.nEfficient ticket system in place and easy to get there off the bus.
Served by an arrogant and rude staff in the counter number 10 at around 10am on Wednesday 7 August 2024. Additionally, my concerns about my service were brushed aside, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that relies on customer satisfaction. I hope management addresses these issues, as a friendly and respectful atmosphere is crucial for retaining loyal customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon.
I have found this place to be the rolled gold standard of government customer support. From the moment you arrive and are assisted checking in, to the efficient and super helpful, polite and accommodating staff. Everyone who has ever served me seems to go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Well done

Some staff seem unhappy or depressed with blunt-tough facial expressions, maybe due to not feeding brunch or an unpleasant failure. Any emotional discrimination or frustration will be impolite in front of customers.
