Tried to get help paying my rego because the online renewal wasn't working. Was told to ho online. Explained it wasn't working and that I couldn't select my vehicle. Was told to try again. Explained I've tried for a few days now and it's still not working. Showed then screenshots of the issue and they said it was weird and just to try again later. They were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Even calling made no difference
Ive had the worst experience in renewing a card.nInstead of resolving the issue the first time respectfully i was met by a condescending disrespectful and was humiliated by a tenured staff named Steff. I could never believe that a staff like that has stayed in that service for a long time..luckily Julie Ann has resolved the issue without making me feel bad to myself she has deescalated the issue
Served by an arrogant and rude staff in the counter number 10 at around 10am on Wednesday 7 August 2024. Additionally, my concerns about my service were brushed aside, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that relies on customer satisfaction. I hope management addresses these issues, as a friendly and respectful atmosphere is crucial for retaining loyal customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon.
Served by a very polite and proffesional lady staff name IRIS at Counter 7 on 10 Dec 2024. Sorry for the hardship and confusing on my name. Very satisfying service. I recommend to come here
Really great service.nEvery time I go in, the staff are really nice and I have got my things resolved very quickly.nEfficient ticket system in place and easy to get there off the bus.
