I went into David Jones to return a pair of shoes I had bought and was served by a lady named Sara who was extremely unhelpful and refused to refund the shoes, I then went to customer service and was told by Maja that I was unable to return the shoes at customer service and had to go elsewhere, I went to David Jones at Chadstone and was served by a lady who was very polite and refunded the shoes straight away with no issues. Next time I want to buy from David Jones I will go to Chadstone, I would not reccomend purchasing from David Jones Doncaster.

Apart from the crappy day I had, I was shopping around and needed help with finding a new skin care range that was organic & cruelty free. A lovely boy named Jaiden approached, he wen't through everything the store had offered and gave me in-depth information especially some I never knew. I would highly recommend his amazing service, I'll definitely be back and visiting just for him if I ever need anything.

Far too dear, i went here quickly to look at suits for work. I was already pessimistic about the prices before i went here from previous experiences but thought i would have a quick look anyway to see what the specials were like. As expected most of the suits were hundreds of dollars above my price range. If david jones ever want my business they would really need to revise their price structure. There are so many other retailers selling clothes of equal quality for 1/3 of the price.

I got treated with such great service, whilst there isn't many people on their beauty floor the staff are lovely yet willing to help out with everything you need.
