The staff is always genuinely friendly and helpful in this store, especially those on the top floor. Special shout out to the older gentleman who is always patient and would stop what he's doing just to serve the next customer in queue faster.nnIf it's something I could get here, I always prefer to come in and grab it in person instead of waiting endlessly for it to arrive online.
I have been shopping in Myer Doncaster so many years ,but recently,Some sections like the beding section , the cosmetic section .a few looked very senior ladys force me to donate the small amount money which was I don't like the way their persuade to the Customer . They don't ask your opinion instead of they want you to donate the small money .
We came, we saw, we shopped and the world was at ease. Plenty of parking available for our short and quick visit to complete our task and home we went with our purchase. The world is again at rest!
Really amazing customer service. We took our rice cooker in for warranty repair and when we received it back, it was dented. Even though this could be caused by the post office's delivery process. Myer helped us with our warranty process and even offered an exchange of the rice cooker out of good faith. Really appreciate their incredibly kind act.
Exceptional customer service, we were served by Rohan in kidswear who saw a line forming and came off the floor to assist. He was personable, helpful and made the expirence of shopping at myer top tier.
