There is a guy with long hair working the toy section today 29/6/2024 was extremely rude. I asked him yesterday about a product and he told me to come back today since he will be stocking the product.nWhen i inquired about it he rudely said no and walked away. I drove all the way from melton to Doncaster to deal with employee like this. Get him fired please if he don't know how to talk nicely when you are just asking him a question.
The young girls working the registers are very sweet, lovely and helpful. There was a lovely member at the self serve checkout names Siena and she was very helpful nice to other customers especially when helping the elderly with their bags.
I love the choice of kids clothes here compared to Kmart. Huge selection of awesome $2 Birthday cards, great homewares and kids toys at affordable prices plus you get rewards points which accumulate into $10 vouchers.
Great variety of items here! Unfortunately they barely ever have the exact items I’m looking for, but that’s not the store’s fault. Great customer service and amazing range of awesome Anime merchandise. Love all the One Piece and My Hero Academia!
Went to at 8.30 am to ask if I got some balloons if they would be able to inflate them for me, they said no we are fully booked, I said ok no worries. However, 2 minutes later while I was still looking around, a man came asked them if they can inflate balloons for them and she said yes sure, we are booked but we can do it for you cos you were so nice ????!!!!! Uuuummm what ??!!!! So they were all smiling and the man was smiling and thanking them. I was more than polite, and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted one, two or more she just told me straight up no. So disappointing.
