I wish I had taken more photos. The Lodge is fantastic and made all the more incredible by the amazing hosts. The food, atmosphere and beverages were great. David even tweaked the dessert menu to suit us. The rooms are lovely - the basin in the bathroom is gorgeous! Cant wait to go back!

VERY OVER RATED!!!!!! high price for a place with not many surrounding activities. Cabin is nice looking and clean until we noticed fleas in the bed, cockroach in the bathroom and a broken torch! rude service and no reception. Also tried to get a refund due to cancelling one night because of falling sick and wanted to get home, they refused the refund and had to pay the FULL price of another night when we weren't even staying that night!!!

Excellent relaxing location in nice cabins. Superb food and welcoming staff. Is a bit expensive due to the extra costs associated with it's isolation and being off grid.

Brilliant experience. Food was amazing and the couple who run it are very efficient and attentive. Highly recommended.

Superb cabins right in the Daintree forest. Our hosts were the most friendly and helpful. The maintenance is kept high and we can recommend anyone to stay here. We were visited by a young wild cassowary who provided photo opportunities for us. The wilderness lodge's use of elevated walkways is fantastic for the forest. Remember to drive slower around the Daintree area to avoid hitting an endangered cassowary.
