The phone number is wrong on Google unbelievable
Towbar purchased with order of new vehicle last year. Part ordered and booked for fitting with an after market dashcam quoted $169 for some wiring that apparently takes 3 hours - I've fitted 2 before in under 30 minutes and I'm certainly no mechanic Booked in for the entire day - which was a right off for me. Only to be told by Lee at 3pm it wasn't finished and the pairing between the towbar and would take many more hours, and would need to stay overnight - collect at 11am. On arrival at the dealership that afternoon Nick gave me the truth. The module hadn't arrived. No part of the towbar or dashcam had been attached to the car. I'm unclear what, if any work actually happened in 7 hours. At least Nick promised a hire car, a fuel top up and a car clean when the part arrives and they can fit it. Not an ideal resolution, and a complete waste of hours our time - not to mention the activities I cancelled to allow this to happen. But fingers crossed they come through with the promised solution and don't mess us around further. At least I got a free coffee this morning.
Great cars from a great team! Purchased 3 Skoda's from Cricks now have always had a positive experience from sales, to service and parts. Always happy to help when purchasing, right through into the ownership of the car.
Took my RS Skoda in for the Airbag recall, great service and friendly staff for such a busy multiple brand service department, keep up the good work!
Perhaps a bad day but no staff to assist. A terrible experience. Went elsewhere. Premises in desperate need of a renovation.
