Excellent service, great advice and product recommendations. Second car through Malcolm who is honest, trustworthy and helpful. Love the Cricks Nambour service, the cars are pristine when you pick them up down to the big red Bow tie and the paperwork is painless. They even changed our plates over! Subaru 2021 37K service. Arrived at Cricks Nambour on a Friday to find cars parked dangerously out side on the main road unable to enter premise. After a while Cricks staff quickly moved all vehicles into the yard for pending services. Some people just parked on the road a walked there keys in and left. Under staffed?? The hand over was well done. Cricks had vehicle done buy allotted time of 3pm that afternoon. They advised that the car would not be washed as they did not have enough staff which is a service they usually do. On pick up they went through all that was required plus a few other items I wanted checked. I do country driving and noted that I had a very slow leak front left tyre. I asked that this was plugged. They stated they could not find the leak so asked that I then take to a tyre dealer so they could fix. When I got home i checked the oil and filter was changed which it was. I also asked that air filter was changed out due to dusty country driving. On inspection found the filter was not placed correctly and was kinked on one side and deformed. I suspect this was due to inattention to details of filter placement. As it was unfiltered air could bypass into the engine. I removed and corrected the issue. Not acceptable. I will not be returning to this place for a service again. For $461 you expect a little more than this. If you are going to do something - it needs to be done right. I should not have to go over everything they have a done and check like this..
Big shout out to Gary who was excellent to deal with. Incredibly honest and patient with the whole process. Kept us updated throughout it all. Went above and beyond with all of our concerns and questions. And we left in our dream car feeling Incredibly happy. Thanks Crick Mitsubishi for everything!
Salesmen are eager to help you get a car however other staff there should learn that their mouths are dangerous and should keep them shut especially when the customer actually knows what they’re talking about. The vehicle we purchased was meant to have been checked over by “qualified technicians”, I believe the technicians are only as good as their training, had they been working for a zoo they’d fit right in. Before we purchased the vehicle we asked if it could run on electric into town at highway speeds and back again without using petrol and the salesman said yes, this was not the case. Within a week of driving it went into limp mode while travelling at 100kph on the highway with a B Double truck close enough behind me to make my life flash before my eyes as the car suddenly slowed to 60kph in front of said B Double. Salesman said to bring the car back and it broke down again 5 minutes away from them. They said they will get it checked over by the qualified mechanic and gave us a loner car . after approximately 3 weeks I finally get a call back saying they have agreed to give me my money back which was music to my ears, so we traveled back up to their dealership again and while standing in there one of them told us that the owner of dealership had picked the car up from the check over which came back all clear, and the car did the same thing to him as it had done to me , nearly killing him on the highway in the exact same way. So summing up, no, I would not recommend Cricks Nambour or any other Cricks dealership
Had a problem with my Fiat motorhome gearbox - C-clip missing from 3rd gear. Took it to Cricks to sort it out and they did. Great job and fixed 100 other things as well. Thanks Andy and fiat mechanic.
I am going there for service and all other car relatives issues from last 6year or maybe be more then that but this time I am not happy with their service they quoted me $383 for and when I was gone there to pay there and they charged me $544 which was quite surprising and when I try to talk to the manager he didn’t even care to come out and talk manger was Steav. He doesn’t care about the customer. So anyone is going there don’t believe their quoting price. It can be different be ready for surprises. Mine was little bit extra but you never now. Today onward I will not be going there. Because they don’t care any longer.
