Excellent in every fascet of our new car transaction, from initial order in Feb to delivery today.!! Our sales assistant Grayson, could not have been more helpful, throughout the 9 months wait for delivery, updating us monthly as to it's progress, or any other random pertinent information. Even when we'd sold our last vehicle 2 days prior to delivery, he offered to pick us up for the hand over. All staff were extremely friendly and professional, and we look forward to a long association with the dealership for future service needs. Cheers. PA.

Unimpressed! I went to the service department on a Monday morning, to book in my 2000 model Troopy Carrier with a 1HZ motor, to have the valve lifters tappets adjusted. Service department knew exactly what was required. It was booked in at 7.30 AM nine 9 days later. I arrived at 7.32 am and parked the vehicle with the engine away from the sun in a shady area, to cool, and I left the keys for the work to be done when it was possible. Less than 15 minutes later, I was phoned by the service department, to advise me that they vehicle was required overnight, to allow it to completely cool down; rubbish, I thought! That was not a suitable arrangement for me, so I returned about half an hour later to pick up my vehicle, which had been moved into a sunny position, with the engine facing the sun. The bonnet had not been opened to allow heat to dissipate, but a job sheet had been created, as the trip meter had been changed. If, and it's a big IF, it did need to be completely cold overnight, why wasn't I advised when I booked it in? Why was it moved and parked with the engine facing the sun and the bonnet not lifted? I had been quoted a two hour job, so I do not accept that the engine would not have cooled after four or five hours. I surely felt that I was not an important customer, and my job had been pushed aside to make way for 'more important' customers. I asked the question from another completely independent Toyota dealership, whereupon I was told that if I left it at 8.30 am, the work would have been carried out late in the afternoon. When I purchase my next new Toyota, or any of my family members do so, it won't be from the Ken Mills Toyota dealership in Nambour.
I recently bought a Prado from Ken Mills Toyota. Courtney was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make the entire experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend Courtney at Ken Mills Toyota and I know I will definitely return in the future. Thanks for everything

Excellent prompt service by all concerned. Thousand thanks, as I arrived without an appointment, passing through Nambour with a Corolla running extremely rough. Travelling back home. Called in as I thought I wouldn’t make it up the range to Montville/Maleny, with the way my vehicle was running. The Staff attended to my situation with promptness, & I arrived home safely, once Ken Mills Toyota at Nambour resolved the issues of my Corolla. Extremely grateful.
Im very satisfied with the service i got from ken mills toyota in Nambour, before going with them i tried some other dealers in Brisbane but everything seemed very dodgy, at Toyota Grayson was the salesman that helped me to find the right car for me and the way he explained things was always clear and offered me some great options, thanks.
Stacey from Ken Mills provided excellent service throughout the entire process of purchasing my used hilux. She worked very fast to get the vehicle ready for delivery and was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. I will hopefully be purchasing another vehicle with Stacey at some point in the future.
