Service department in Nambour is awesome - Old fashion service and communication - You pay a little more than the local garage but you get a lot more. Sales Team are ok - can be pushy.. product sells itself - we've purchased 5 cars from these guys over the years so they must be doing something right.

My Holden overheated at the traffic lights across the road. The service team came out in their lunch time and helped me get it to their workshop. They even suggested i could even tow it to a friend mechanic if i wanted. Such amazing care. Not only as a customers but just as a person. You guys really did save the day. Thank-you.

Was dropping off a work car for a very quick fix, was assured during phone booking the job would take half an hour, I waited over an hour, customer service wasn't great either.

We purchased a second hand vehicle late last year, we would not recommend purchasing the aftermarket protection package after three attempts the third attempt they even left the vehicle dirty!! We also had some minor issues we thought would be covered under the after market warranty we purchased but the issue wasn't what we thought, it was some months before we advised Ken Mills, but we genuinely thought Ken Mills would understand and do the right thing but after be treated rudely and called liars, we were wrong, they partially tried to rectify the issue, issues still ongoing, our own fault we really didn't have an understanding how the warranty worked we purchased, expensive lesson learnt, and now we are left with a certified lemon, but in no way should we have been subjected to being treated like liars and treated so rudely, totally in appropriate, we certainly would not like anyone else to be subjected to such appalling treatment and the stress and financial burden caused by this organisation, very dissapointing.
