A very pleasant and knowledgable Gordon greeted us as we searched for our new caravan. Gordon’s knowledge about his products and the “no pressure” selling attitude was something we’re we very impressed with. Plenty of other dealers were missing this important step. Through out the entire process the team were very patient, helpful and caring. We did wait a bit longer then expected for the delivery of the new van, but well worth the wait. Highly recommend the team at Nambour Kokoda.
My wife and I took delivery of our new van on the weekend. Amanda and Brad were exceptional in the way they treated us through the entire process. I struggle to have met anybody in a business that has been so helpful. I've commented to them on how good their customer service was and how rare it is in today's market to find somebody so helpful. I would recommend to anybody to at least give these guys a go if you're interested in purchasing a van of any kind. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale and we felt so comfortable with everything through the whole process . Once again thank you very much Amanda and Brad for your outstanding customer service. The van is beautiful and we are so happy with the deal that was done. Thank you
What a fabulous dealership experience! Brad, Gordon and Amanda looked after us every step of the way. Who said great customer service was dead? Nothing was ever a problem for the team and the quality and value of the van is the icing on the cake.
After selling our caravan hire business which had fifteen vans over a nine year period, my wife and I had definite ideas when it came to buying a van for ourselves. We chose the Kokoda Force 11 Ex-Trail GT because it combined the best of offroad capabilities with the most luxurious interior, plus it was definitely the best value for money of any van on the market. Gordon was easy to deal with, and made the point that if there were any warranty problems we should not hesitate to contact him direct. When a small issue arose he didn’t disappoint, even making follow up calls to make sure we were happy. Thanks again Gordon and Rob at Kokoda Nambour, it’s been great dealing with you. Nic and Wardy. Would like to thank the guys at the Kokoda dealership on the Sunshine coast. The drive up from Brisbane was certainly worth it, it was a pleasure dealing with a caravan salesman who was not pushy and knew the answers to all of my questions, Rob certainly knows his stuff, I explained to him what I needed in a caravan and he straight up gave me a short list of vans that would suit my requirements. I am now a Kokoda customer and eagerly await delivery. Highly recommended.
