Not sure why you would bother opening a store when you have no customer service skills what so ever. The way I’ve seen you treat other customers and myself is appalling. The disrespect I received when wanting a refund/replacement of a drink that I purchased which was flat was disgusting. Honestly, you’d be better off to drive a further 3 minutes to the shops to save yourself any issues.

The old owners took better care of the place and kept it as a store rather than building anew attempt of a cafe. 😐

They do lovely hot chips, large thick cut and a generous portion. The shop is very clean but typical of small local convenient stores, the fresh produce lacks appeal in price and variety. The service is friendly but the hot box though very clean, never appears to be full of food ready to buy, you have to order hot food from the boards. Imagine the convenience of Baines Marie's full of hot savoury food.. that'd be a reason to frequent there much more.

Used to go to this store almost every day before it changed hands. New owner is rude and dismissive to young customers - so now I go to 7/11 despite living less than a block from the corner store. The Indians there have much better customer service.
