Stayed one night. Unfortunately, that one night was a Sunday, when their restaurant was closed, so dinner was an issue. Despite listing online that room service was still available on Sundays, the check in attendant told us we needed to go elsewhere for food. He did suggest local places, but was disappointing as we didn't have a car and would have to rely on taxi or shuttle bus. Room was clean and rather nice, but while they supplied plenty of shampoo, conditioner, etc, there was no tooth paste included. Morning came, and while the brochure stated breakfast was available from 6:30, all doors were still locked at 6:50. Due to an early flight, could not wait for breakfast. All in all, totally ok place to stay for a night, but I probably would not stay here again if I were to travel back up here Positive note, female check in attendant in the morning was polite and informative

Poor customer service, the front counter was managed by a very rude lady and when we asked if we could check out late as our flight wasn't until 2pm and we were told very rude like No! So we left and the cleaners wouldn't know how to change a sheet if their lives depend on it they just turn it over and remake it

Friendly staff but the rooms are showing there age. Don't count on the WiFi, it was to slow to send and receive emails or browse the internet
