Stayed at the Best Western in Bundaberg and consistently had a great experience. The reception team are always incredibly accommodating,friendly, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile to make the stay easy. The rooms are always clean, well-presented, and comfortable, which makes a big difference after a long day. Reliable service and great attention to detail every time I stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Reception staff super friendly and helpful, we were looking for two separate rooms but staff able to juggle bookings to offer us a family room with two separate queen size beds second bed in attached room plenty of room with large fridge and coffee and tea with “fresh milk” not those long life pods. Super clean toilet and shower recommend on main road but not noisy as expected.

Very friendly and happy communication with staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows were a little soft, no substance but that is just a preference. The rooms were absolutely spotless.

Average stay, stayed for one night to try out Best Western property and if there was any benefits with their hotel/motel loyalty, room was clean, the night rate is above the normal rate of Bundaberg approximately $150+. Best western status diamond select was not recognised, didn’t get any welcome gift or water. Requested late check out just to 11am not accommodating at all and was declined, insistent on 10am checkout, if reading between the lines that would mean housekeeping just needs one hour to service all their rooms and what’s the point of a 2pm check in I wouldn’t return and cancelled another booking of 2 nights later in the week rebooking at a Choice property in Hervey Bay yes I’d rather drive 1.5 hours back and forth

This is the first time staying at this motel and from admission to departure it was a great experience.nComfortable bed, clean room smelling amazing on entry, lovely hot showers and the towels were fabulous.   Special touch with the biscuits that were included also.   Leizl was a perfect hostess and so very friendly.nAcross the road was the best fish and chip shop that actually gave their customers lemons for free with  great service and prices.   The food was the best!nCouldn’t recommend the Motel and surrounds enough.nClose to the Friendly Hospital we had to attend.   Cheers.
