Absolutely delicious food served at a very reasonable price. The restaurant feels trendy yet familiar. Delicious home brewed beers as well. The coconut curry mussel pot sounded a bit unusual but was some of the best seafood I've ever had! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lunch here before heading to Whitianga. The food is great as well as the place. However, I didn't had a chance to taste their beer. Hopefully I can go back next time. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Keep up the good work!!

Delicious food and great outdoor seating. We had the mussel pot with Thai green curry sauce - amazing, with the salmon citrus salad and fries on the side and a couple of the MK brewing co beers. And to top it off, there was live music which made for the perfect late lunch! We’ll be back!

visit on 10th Feb after I SITE coromandel recommendation. we walked in but the lady told us there was a oyster festival on that day so the mussel kitchen is not opened to the public unless we had tickets to the oyster festival. BUT there is no sign outside says anything, even "open 9am-3pm" sign still standing by the road. I don't think we are the only one who had been misled to the place during last weekend. waste my time and there is no reason to go back to try the restaurant that has bad community communication.

Very juicy fat fresh big mussels!!!wonderful!!!and nice environment. So relaxing to eat outdoor and enjoy the view and air. Also they have other meat choices except for mussels. Deserve coming!
