Top tier food, absolutely delicious and portions were huge. Would absolutely return when I’m in Whitianga next. Would recommend the duck curry and the chicken kapow, and definitely make sure you try all of the bao buns even the veggie eggplant one!!
What a cool place! Atmosphere, authenticity, and really good food. Ordered some sharing dishes with my teen boys, and it was so tasty and good that we immediately ordered again when we’d finished the first plates! Staff are keen and really engaging good-natured reprimanding my lads for not using chopsticks in an Asian restaurant!. Karaage chicken is an absolute must! Highly recommend Blue Ginger
Loved the food. This should be a must to come when you visit. The food was really good. Loved all the vegetarian options.nnIt was a drag that you have to go to the counter but given the place was not that big it didn't make much difference.nnThe bao buns were really good and the veggie must dish was reapply good. I tried the banana spring rolls which I found weird but it was good to try.
Woooooah, the food here was amazing! Every dish smashed it. And it all came out so quickly, we were very impressed! The staff were all very friendly and the decor was great, made for a very nice vibe inside. Would highly recommend
Very delicious food and reasonable wait time given how busy it was popular place. Was impressed by the range of vegan options. Very reasonable prices too ~$15 lunch. Lunch portions are not huge but they were filling. Note the lunch menu is slightly different from the dinner menu.
