Core Health Chiropractic was established by Dr. Malcolm Atkins to help the community around Noosa. Dr. Atkins has over 10 years experience in many fields such as Chiropractic, Enar therapy, Esoteric Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Applied Kinesiology and much more as listed on the website.

Dr Malcolm Atkins is my go-to for any injuries, repetitive use niggles or tension that a massage can't fix. 

I first found him when I had tendinitis of the thumb aka "Mummy's Thumb" as a new mother. My GP had prescribed me a brace and from wearing that I had lost movement in my thumb and the condition wasn't any better. 

After a mere four sessions with Malcolm over a two week period I had movement and was pain free!

Since then I and my family have seen him on a number of occasions and each time he quickly finds the cause of the issue, and treats it accordingly. 

Before Malcolm I was very anti chiropractic I didn't like the whole 'cracking' thing. But most of my sessions with him have been deep tissue release rather than cracking. He has crazy strong thumbs and with the depth he goes it always surprises me that I am not tender the next day, just pain free.

Malcolm works intuitively with a deep sensitivity. I feel very safe in his presence and my body trusts what he does. I highly highly recommend him to everyone I know.

I've been a friend of Mal for years, probably many lifetimes. His attention to detail and need to provide the highest quality service can drive one batty. Needless to say however, in the Chiropractic field few practitioners have their clients singing praises and returning because they get results. He is a no nonsense cracker chiro that achieves wonderous results. I would recommend him to anyone.
