‍GREAT DOCTORS AND RECEPTIONISTS !!!!!    5 Star Service  I visited this clinic for the very first time on the weekend. I went to work feeling unwell with a middle ear infection. I consequently left work in pain and googled the nearest doctors open. It happened to be Noosa Clinic. Well…was I glad to walk in as a new patient to see them. I was greeted by the lovely Catherine, and if this is an indictment of what the service was to follow then I’m sold. Catherine showed empathy towards my health and fit me into an appointment then and there for that day. It only get better when I saw Dr L Andrew’s who diagnosed my ear infection and took the time to explain fully what I had. She was empathetic and understanding of my pain and helped me on the spot with pain management. So to anyone wanting to see a great team of professionals I recommend this place. Parking can be tricky but there is parking out front and underground. Thanks guys for your lovely service ‍

I have been a patient at Noosa Clinic for some time now. What I have noticed is they love to go above and beyond for their patients. I have been dealing with Noosa Clinic for a number of years now.   Travelling from Brisbane with my family members to see Dr Desh!!   We followed him from Brisbane.   All of the staff are amazing, the ladies on reception do an awesome job, and the nurses are fabulous, and so caring.  And as for Dr Desh, he has helped Myself & my family to no end.   If you are looking for a clinic that CARES, this is the clinic to go to!    5 stars is not enough for the care, consideration and help from ALL the staff!

Noosa Clinic has been our family clinic since my 17yo son was 6 weeks old. Recently, a family member has been incapacitated by chronic pain, and through the diligence of Dr Isbel, Dr Andrews and Noosa Clinic as a whole, relief is in sight. Kind, gentle, and compassionate care by Drs and Reception staff have ensured my loved one has felt seen, heard and valued. This encapsulates why Noosa Clinic has been and remains our family clinic.

I've been going here since I was a baby. It's changed. Reception staff very rude. Slack on callbacks. Doctor forgot to give me important information that was needed for treatment, I called back to make sure It would be there to pick up when I could make it in, but It was never done. I was met with hostility when calling back and questioned there behaviour, told I would have to call back in a few days.. eventually hung up on by receptionist. This place has lost its soul. Bunch of old angry women at the desk who don't want to be there. Would never recommend

I have been going to Noosa Clinic for quite a few years now and can honestly say I have no complaints.  The reception staff are always happy to help even through covid when a lot of us were at our wits end. The lovely ladies at the front desk were always polite and friendly. The doctors are incredible and when I can't get in to see my doctor the reception staff organise an appointment with another. No this does not bother me as I understand doctors also have families and lives outside the clinic so I just appreciate that another Doctor can fit me in. The nurses well what can I say. They are amazing as always. No matter what you are there for they always make you feel comfortable and help out with any fears.  All in all I find Noosa Clinic not only fantastic for me as an adult but they are absolutely the best with kids too. Highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at this clinic since Dr Desh took over. I am always happy with the service I receive. I try to be organised when getting scripts as I know how busy the clinic/ Noosa is especially since Covid. The reception staff are always helpful but I have noticed recently how rude some patients are. They turn up late, can be demanding about being seen immediately because they don't want to go to the hospital, don't take accountability for their lack of organisation, don't care that the doctor is ill or is fully booked. The Receptionists have to triage calls/patients and do a great job. I am over 80 and have always been taught to be polite. Please be kind when speaking to them. You wouldn't like a member of your family being spoken to rudely.

Visited the clinic for a routine health check up and Dr Harry was ok. The receptionists are incompetent and rude. Especially Jenny. I've never been treated so poorly over the phone and in person. She was audibly sighing and being aggressive to the point where I was in tears.  Still waiting on information and feel like in need to go to another doctors. If you need this service I strongly recommend you travel outside of Noosa.

All the staff are lovely and helped us with bookings and getting in as soon as possible for our appointment. Lovely ladies on the front desk great team here at Noosa clinic

Lovely facility and the medical staff are exceptional,  I moved here last year and this is the first clinic I have ever been to which I've felt takes a genuine interest in your health.  Proactive treatment ideas and very keen on preventative screening.  Highly recommend you choose this as your clinic.
